Why Knocking SPOTS?
When you knock the spots off something you do it much better; this is what we aim to do with mental health awareness. One simple way to maintain good mental health is to remember the word “SPOTS”. This word reminds us of the five things that we can all do when we’re struggling with poor mental health:
S – Socialise
P – Play
O – Own It
T – Talk
S – Seek Help
